For about 2 hours, Stacy was the center
of attention at the Kansas Capitol. She was greeted by
the Governor, Senators, the President of the Senate, the
Governor's Press Secretary, Policy Director, and more.
Then it was up to the Senate floor, where they were seated
in the VIP section as the entire Senate was brought to
order. The President of the Senate recognized Senator Kelly
to introduce a resolution that described the contest, the
sponsors, and the specifics of Stacy's winning project.
