While in Hawaii, the Travel Prize Winning Teacher will be hosted by the Challenge administrators and enjoy many fun and educational activities, along with the three Travel Prize Student Winners. (See Awards page). The teacher-winner may invite a family member; the student-winner will be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

WINNERS WILL ALSO BE INVITED TO WASHINGTON, D.C., June 10-11, 2008 to participate in the National Energy Efficiency Forum with energy and government leaders. (This trip opportunity is an all-expenses paid trip for two and under the same travel criteria as the Hawaii trip).

GUIDELINES for the teacher-winner are based on the average score of their top 15 entries when submitting 15 or more qualified student entries. Qualified entries are entries that score 25 points or higher based on the Challenge Criteria (See Judging Criteria page).
